browser activx security?

hi

when ever i try to view some site i get a mesage that says:

"do you wish to allow activex objects to run on this page"
i always press yes but i cant remember how to turn the prompting off?

can someone point me in the right direction pls?

Internet Options -> Security->Internet Zone
