uni assignment got referred??

hi everyone, can anyone tell me why exactly my assignment got referred back?!?!?! im at a loss here.. i have exactly 5 days to resubmit this work.

The assignment chriteria are detailed ont the QD104 info Page.
I took this unit because i thought it would be a simple way of getting some points towards my degree instead of taking something really hard, had hard enough units this year at it is, didnt need another brain burner on my plate.

anyway the site is HERE

thanx alot guys n gals!!!

Looks fine to me. Ask your lecturer what's wrong with it. I'm surprised they handed it back without any input whatsoever.
