Rad 9600- Bargain or not

Hey guys. A few days I went to my local staples for blanks and floppies. At the hardware i found a few Radeon 9600XT cards. Me thinks they are in 128 and 256 ram flavors. (GPU clock matters). They cost the most 130 bucks. Good deal or not?

Gigabyte Radeon 9600 is a killer video. However it costs about double the money of the usual R9600s. It's about 150$ here.
