Big Problems.

Ok, i just upgraded to Windows XP Professional and it completely messed up my Graphic card driver. When i turned the PC on, it said cannot load ATI Control Panel due to not installed and cannot load. I then Un-Installed the driver, and i tryed to re-install but i couldnt install because it said,

Cannot complete Installation
Try reverting back to a old VGA Driver(or something)

Any ideas?

its

Saphire Radeon 9600.

Thanks.

Maybe the driver you are trying to install is not for XP make sure you the most recent driver for the card that mathces the OS.

I was running XP HOme and it was fine and dandy, but an upgrade to XP Pro went madly wrong.

This is why I always recommend formatting before upgrading an O/S...things work much better.
