Tv Out Problems

I have been having problems setting up my geforce 4 4600 with tv out. I get a picture out on the tv, but it is all scrambled and the top of the screen actually wraps around the top and back through the bottom so that there is an area in the middle of the tv that would normally be the top or the bottom.

There is also a problem with the color, it flicks from color back to black and white all the time. This is a brand new tv and there should be no problems with it.

Please respond...

A few questions....

1) What version of drivers are you using on your card? Is this card new or old?

2) What Motherboard are you using and have you updated the motherboard drivers recently?

3) have you ever been able to get a clear picture from the PC to the TV before on another vid card? Or is this your first time trying?

I was actually able to fix the problem myself. I went out and bought a S-Video Cable and it fixed it. I think that the cable that converted the signal to rca was bad. I had the output set correctly and the picture was jarbled no matter what. Thank you for trying to help.
