A8N-SLI Deluxe Power Issue

Problem: just RAM, processor, PCI-E card & PSU installed. Green light comes on ..
no fans... tried reversing the power connectors; checked the switches on the back of the PSU. 4 pin 12V is installed .. all 24 pins connected on MB.

System specs:

Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
1 GB OCZ PC3200 DDR Premier Series Dual Channel (have tried each stick individually in EVERY slot) ..
PowerColor X300SE ATI Radeon 256MB PCI-Express (self-powered; doesn't have connector for additonal power). .. there's an extra power connector on the motherboard to add additional power for running dual PCI-Express cards. This made no difference
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Socket 939

I've done all the obvious stuff (gutted / rebuilt) .. the green power light on the mobo is steady. No blinking. Connecting the speaker produces no post. I tried even wiring the reset switch off the case with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated!

EDIT it's working now ... who knew that Enermax would not align the pins properly on the V2 power supply.. nothing a quick turn didn't fix .. lol

(for those who search this and have the same problem .. look at those crappy PSUs that ship with typical cases .. line up the 4 pin adapter so the colors match .. like if orange in the bottom right; line up the same way) .. GRRRRRRR ENERMAX!!
