Monitor issues

So, about 6 months ago I woke up to find my LG Flatron L1720P had gone bizarro overnight. The screen was totally white, and I could not get a response from it whatsoever. I ended up purchasing a new KDS K717 700P from wal-mart and moved the LG to the closet upstairs.

A few months ago I ended up getting a new pc so my old pc, along with the new KDS monitor went into the same closet as the LG one.

Today, I decided to hook my old pc back up and my KDS monitor is totally white now. I can't get any response from it...it is doing exactly what the LG monitor had done prior to being banished to the closet.

I decided to try the LG monitor for the heck of it and it is working...kind of. The image is bouncing like mad. I'm at a loss and I don't even know where to begin.

Any help, for either issue, would be greatly appreciated.

I've been fooling around with the LG monitor and the pc is telling me that it is working properly. Could this mean my video card is goofing up?
