Upgrading From PCI TNT2 To What?

I would like to know what is a good video card from TNT2 and is a PCI Video card, ONLY. So is there any good PCI video card, that are able to play command & conquer generals and runs the game with no laging.

For a PCI only computer you can get a GeForce FX5200 or an ATI 9250. And that's the best you'll find, PCI can't handle higher bandwidth so faster gfx processores don't improve performance.
