viewsonic p810 monitor will not turn on!
I recently got my monitor by mail...it worked fine and i was excited. Went to work, came home to enjoy my new monitor and noticed it did not turn on. It turned on and seemed like it was starting but the screen stayed black and no light from the screen came on. Not even the menu options. I tried restarting and everything i need help. I believe it might have blown in the storm theat came while i was at work..please tell me what I should do and if I ened repaires what parts should i replace.

Are you sure it's the monitor? Did you try the PC with another monitor... it might be the videocard that's broken. In case it's the monitor I'm not sure if anyone here might help you. It's better to bring it to a specialized TV workshop to get it repaired...
