5.1 surround ?
I just got a set of 5.1 surround speakers for the wifes PC. It has a sound blaster 5.1 sound card.
The systems plays 5.1 surround in games and stuff like that no problem... Is it possible to play MP3's/WAV in surround sound ? I only get FL FR and Center ??

I'm not too sure about sb 5.1 card, but i know on my xgamer card there's an option in the creative play center to set up the speaker configuration. of course it doesn't work in win2k because i've got and old software disk that's pre win2k so i only get all channels in win98
 of course creative could send me an updated one for a nominal fee  I'm not sure about playing MP3/wav files in surround mode though :?
