I use AVG. Really happy with it. Used mcAfee and it crashed my system all the time(ME). Not hard to crash ME though. Then I got Norton and it was way intrusive and screwed up system restore. When I ggot a new comp I went with AVG and havn't had a problem yet. I've had bad script but no viruses or trojans.

Lion7718 will become famous soon enough
I use Housecall also with XP with no problems, try using Panda if you can't get Housecall to work.

I use, well I rarely use Quick Heal

For trojans mainly, I use Trojan Remover

Oh and I also use Trojan Remover for quick and easy scanning for trojans... Simple yet effective....

I got one but not with Norton. Had a lot sent to me in e-mails. Norton has found them all.

AVG all the way baby!

AVG is the only AV i use. got it when i got my PC and have not got a virus yet, found a few and had to rework a disk or 2, but no problems there.:p

If you want AVG go 2:

PEOPLE USE LINUX!!
Linux is a free operating system and it just CAN'T get viruses and is MUTCH more stable than windows, so I can say I never worried about virusses....

I use PC-Cilliin, but a while ago my hard drive just disappeared in a matter of seconds. The whole bloody thing. I was merily arseing around on the net and then a message appeared ' failed to load desktop', and then my computer crashed, not planning to start up again.
I was so pissed off. Anyhow, I got my computer custom-built by a friend, so I took it to him. He's a big computer uber-genius and after ripping my computer apart, he told me that no virus had got into my computer. He is as sure as hell there was no virus, so does anyone know of any magical faries or likewise which could've done the above?
