    Mozilla

I've been trying Mozilla and I'm very happy with it.

Today I have a problem... twice I have a window pop up with this title.. "Welcome to Netscape Quality Feedback Agent - Step 1 of 3"

This is accompanied by Mozilla crashing

Any ideas on what it is and how to stop it.. I had to go back to Opera so I can carry on browsing.

Well, I have never run Mozilla so I can't help too much. The Netscape message (I believe that Netscape owns the rights to Mozilla) pops up when it crashes and gives you a chance to send a copy of the error message to the software creators .... much like M$ does.

Like all software, make sure that you are running the latest Stable (non-beta) version and that you have all the necessary updates. If you still have problems, might be time to try another browser.

Thanks JR... I was impressed with Opera and didn't want to change..... but after trying Mozilla...I'm very happy with it and want to carry on using it.

I've been foolish to keep using IE for some years, when there are much better browsers out there to use.

I saw the light at last

i think you may have a talkbalk enabled client! wich is a good thing if you want to help the community.
but I stress the fact that you should try Mozilla/Firebird found http://www.mozilla.org/projects/phoenix/

What are the advantages of Mozilla? I use Opera since 2000 and like it(currently with 7.10). Is Phoenix/Mozilla faster, better looking or else???? I think not. Opera after 7.0 rulez. Great features, nice extras, ultra speed and of cours nice look.
