Opening new window in i.e. ......?

I just did a complete re-install of my pc,now i have this little problem.If i'm looking at a forum and click on a link that's posted there,the "new" window opens up very small instead of fullscreen,i've been through all the settings i could find,but can't find the right "button".I have I.E version 6.0.2800.1106,with sp1 installed.
Where can i change this?

After the smaller window opens..go to each side till you see the arrows , hold down the right click & stretch it to the size you want it to be. It should remember it next time.

I,ve been browsing to all of my internet settings for about 1 hour,searched everywhere,checked/unchecked a whole lot of boxes,and then it turns out to be that simple,you realy helped me out here
