Looking for a "downloadmonitor"

I want to know if there is a program that wil monitor my download usage,there is one build in winbar,but winbar is using a lot of memory and i only realy use the up/download feature.
Did a search with google, found only meters that uh,meter downloads for webpages.

Isn't WinBar spyware???? Anyways I suggest to try BandWidth Monitor - 0.09 is out I think

Be careful with DuMeter - it has a bug. Although I use it at home (33.6 kbps) when this thing sees great transfer speeds (LAN 100 Mbps) sometimes gives a stupid exception and restarts the PC. I thought it was a stable proggy until I saw the second restart of my PC due to extreme transfer speeds. So use it but be careful.

Have a friend who used to use it, he's on cable, will ask him what his experiences are...
