    Download Managers

    Hey dudes...how life...zzzzzz


    Anyway i was using Download speeder. Very fast download manager but every 5 mins its giving me some program error in german and once in a while an illegal operation. I think its because i used a crack to make DLspeeder use a key. If you try to register it nothing happens.

    Problem is i hardly know any download managers. If it has spyware, hell no

    If it has ads like DLspeeder but are removed after register...ok why not

    any ideas?

    I'm sorry but what is your question: "Why does my donload manager show errors?" or "Advice me which download manager to use?".

    is it a new download manager you want??

    you can get one from the free soft thread here ..personlayy i used to use stardownloader which is pretty good..but nowadays i'm using leechget which is the very very very cool:cool

    Well after we turned to the second question: I'm using ReGet Deluxe, great downloader with built-in FTP browsing (I know that many have this).

    P.S. I'm not sure what did the guy say, but I guess he was complaining with the errors. And wanted advice how to stop them not which other download manager to use.
    Well, what the hell. Never mind - another "Download managers praised" thread

    If he wonders what download manager to use, he'll never be able to choose one since every person has his own favourite. I hate polls but I suggest him turning this thread into a poll, with mentioning the managers he wants to try. Then we will vote (not sure if I will vote) and the man can choose. Instead of trying all the 123987 download managers available on the Net ( never dealed with counting them, what about you?).

    Now that I have Cable..I don't use them that ofton anyway..I haven't used GR in about a year..one site I used for Storage used it, now they dont.
    I ahve DAP set to ask REG or ACC..so I see that all the time..but I use REG most of the time.

    I've tried Getright, DAP and stardownloader but recentely I downloaded IDM (Internet Download Manager) and I was very suprised. IDM works perfectly (better in terms of acceleration than getright).

    But Getright wins hands down in terms of features....

    Net Pumper is just great when you want to avoid AntiLeech cgi scripts. I use it when I have to dld such things. Nice tool

    I have had the GetRight program for 2 years now and love it. Its really an excellent program and far more reliable and stable, plus no spyware like download accelerator , which it replaced on my computer. I highly recommend this download program.

    Sorry for late response I was having large problems with my pc.

    And tryingn to install FreeBSD 4.8

    Lol technobeast sounds demanding here....

    Im starting to use DAP and a friend handed me two cracks to use and now its ad-free. DAP works quite qell too.

    Star downloader never started the downloads so ill try it one more time

    I might try fresh download again but they all screw up eventually

    I hope download speeder gets fixed cause it burned tracks when downloading....
    Of course violence is the answer!
