Try to find plug-ins on their site. They usually release such things (I had the same problem with ReGet Deluxe and Opera - fixed thanks to an add-on on their site)

Thanks Nick. I still prefer Star Downloader. It works perfectly with Opera, once you set Opera up to use it correctly. I will give that one you mentioned a look. Also, I have been corresponding the the creator of "InstantGet", from FlashPeak, the makers of "SlimBrowser". It crashed everytime I tried to use it, but it's author seems to be very diligent about getting the bugs worked out. It is shareware though.

Ah SlimBrowser I used that then competed with Crazy Browser to see which is better. I use Crazy Browser more cause of better pop-up killing.

I have one grudge againstr crazy browser...whenever i use the Ctrl+N command to make new window it opens current window... SLimbrowser opened a blank site instead...i wonder if that could get fixed oh well...

The current version of SlimBrowser is 3.56, is that the one ypu had? Send an email to SlimBrowser feedback. The author is very responsive to feedback and will work with you. I have had several correspondences with him. Once we decide on our logo/theme stuff, he is going to do a PCTT Customized version of SlimBrowser for us to have available for our members to download.

I use two. If I need to set up a referrer, I use flashget (http://www.amazesoft.com/). I also use leechget2002 (http://www.leechget.de/). I dont like stardownloader, too many quirks about it, not powerful enough for me (no this is not a windows me problem). As far as I know, the two downloaders I suggested could be used for other browsers also. Flashget Supports Internet Explorer, Netscape and Opera* web browsers. (*with freely downloadable plug-in).

Maybe feedback would work but Crazy Browser is the one with the wrong used Ctrl+N command. I kinda like it more cause of options.

I might check slim browser again but crazy browser is really good for me

What ever turns your crank. Leechget is a good dl manager, but Star Downloader works perfectly for me, and no noticable "quirks," for both IE, and Opera 6&7. I like both SlimBrowser and MyIE2 almost equally.

CrazyBroswer has not been updated in months, where the others have. If CrazyBrowser does update, I may check them out again.

Yeah i kinda noticed Crazy Browser has been 1.0.5 for quite some time. But theres no bugs that pop up and it runs smooth.

Im checking Star Downloader again soon but Lightning Download has been good for me very much. Its got ridiculous download acceleration
