Key monitor?

Hey guys I was wondering if there is a reliable key monitor program that is out there that isnt junk and is trust worthy. Alot of times I might be working on something like emails and my stupid butt exits out. I use crazy browser so some times I hit the wrong X when I toggle to diffrent pages I am viewing. I just hate rewriting stuff, sometimes I copy and paste the email but usally those times I am ok. Its the times I forget to copy and paste, or there was a error in sending the email and it losses all the info when you hit the back button
