Unhappy Honestech?

Got a shareware burner called Burn DVD 3.0 a few weeks ago. It's put out by a company called Honestech.
This turkey worked once then never again could it find or see my DVD drive. I e-mailed these guys and they returned a form response and they won't reply to help with their software.
Guys, avoid this one, these people aren't friendly. Metal1(mad)

I think they are afraid of getting sued...for being able to copy DVDs.... they most definitely not an upstanding company like 321. (DVD X Copy)
