It may be a server-side permissions issue not allowing a new image to be added to that directory. You may want to pm jrwap on that

the sigs directory needs to be writeable and we need to setup a cronjob for the script I wrote to update the stats and also update the sigs. I just gotta go through the files to find out what the exact call to the file was for the cronjob.
