It really isnt a bit sacrifice...

I actually have a server machine I leave up and running 24/7 that runs the UD program.. and it never interferes with anything on that PC.

I also just recently installed it on my gaming computer.. and even while playing the really intensive games there is no differencea fter I installed it.

Just something to think about if you are worried it will hurt your PC performance. It really is an invisible process

The more the merrier - if this thing helps us find a cure it will be even more merrier. The proggy is really great - the only thing it does is increasing your CPU temp 2-3 degrees Celsius.
