yea, opers are busy people, join the channel type 'request Vhost change to @bla.bla.bla and stay in the channel, after a bit an oper will sort it out and msg the channel that its been done
one warning tho, its not a chat channel, nattering in there can get you banned from the server real quick

You'll need to wait it out in the channel, as ClawTovski is correct as "not just anyone can set the vhost."
