Ok , here is the ? iam building a gaming puter but, since i joined the army ive been out away from the computer stuff and alot has changed over the past 2 years. Trying to get the best cpu but dont know if i should go for 1 or 2 cpu's? I mean games have requiements (2.0 ghz or 2.4ghz you know) but is it better to get like a 3.0 ghz cpu or to get a 2.6 duo processor? for one game it showed, it requied a P4 2.8 ghz but they recommend a intel core 2.0ghz, so what????????
is it you can go lower on the processor speed if you have 2 of them? please need your help? |

a single duel core (DC) 64 bit cpu will do you fine, and a duel core running at a lower speed than a single will out perform it as each core is a 2ghz cpu in its own right. see http://www.cpubenchmark.net/ for comparisons |
