My new system....what do you think

Ok THIS is the current system I am using at the moment, SPECS: ATX case with 300 watt power supply, Soyo A7N8X Deluxe Motherboard, AMD Athlon XP 2000 processor, Kingston 512 mb memory stick(SDRAM), 1 slot cooling fan, Motorola 56k modem (Internal)(NOT USED), Motorola SB5100 Cable Modem (USED-Insight Cable ISP), Soundblaster Audigy 2 Soundcard, Chaintech FX 5600 ULTRA (256mb), Sony DRU 500 AX (internal DVD Recorder- records dvd-R/RW and dvd+R/RW), Plexwriter 40/12/40a (internal CD Burner), ZIP 100 (100 mb disk drive), 3.5 floppy drive, Windows XP Pro operating system.

I am going to be replacing some parts with a new motherboard, CPU, RAM and power supply. This is what they are: Motherboard-ASUS A7N8X Deluxe, CPU-AMD Athlon XP 2600, RAM- Micron 1gig (2-512 sticks....for DUAL CAHNNEL MEMORY) PC 2700 (333mhz), and finallly, Power Supply-Power Tech Golden 500 watt switching power supply.

My question is, do any of you "gurus" that build your own systems, see anything else I might need to replace before I start to build my system?? Please post all your suggestions. Thanks!

Actually, I am going to be selling my OLD MB, CPU and 512 mb of RAM along with the 300 watt power supply all together for about 50 bucks! I just use it for general purpose use. Parts are so cheap right now that I just could not resist the temptation to upgrade! So.....here I am! I have already bought the parts and hope to get it finished this next week! But do you think that this will be sufficent?? Also, if you want to buy my old stuff, post here and I can give you my email address.

I think you have read my post wrong. What I am selling is my OLD stuff! (the Soyo SYK7VTA-PRO motherboard, ONE kingston 512 mb stick of SDRAM(133)....(THIS is SDRAM not DDR!), AMD XP 2000 processor and 300 watt power supply!) I am going to sell them all at once so I don't have to worry about sending them to different addresses.

berks is on a distinguished road
sounds like a good system i would just make sure that you have plenty of fans or water cooling to keep things cool.

Yeah, I have and extra slot fan, but the thing is old and gets noisy sometimes! I may just purchase a case fan and take the slot fan out.
