little problem

ok somehow i ran a wipe program for my pc i hace windows xp home editon

the probem is when i start my pc up now it says dell nd loads but then waer it shoud say windows next it says trouble loading OS

im trying to boot from a cd to reformat and everytime i try it says keyboard failer strike f1 to retry boot or f2 for boot menue

or at other times it will say the same thing without the keyboard failuer part?

Most wipe programs have a Restore Button to put the stuff back that you removed. If you don't restore your PC back to before you wiped it...by using a Restore Point.
