Boot up problem!

OK here is another great microsoft problem. My computer was running slow this morning so i rebooted and now i am stuck on the black screen with options for starting up

safe mode
safe mode with networking
safe mode with command prompt

last know good....

star windows normally.


now which ever one i pick i cannot get windows to start up it tries and then comes back to this screen. I have tried the repair option but i do not know what to once i am in there i type help for a list of commands but i do not know what to to, anyone have an answer to this one?

There's another repair which does everything automatically. When you choose to setup Win, then it searches for available installs-> and then it will offer you to repair. It's not the first screen with the recovery console, somewhere after that...
