Desperate Help Needed!

Hello all hope your all well,

Im in a state of emergency. Let me explain.

Its my brothers wedding this saturday and i need my laptop for my brother who is doing the best man speech. Yesterday my laptop wouldnt load windows. I turned the PC on and it came to a screen saying :

You can attempt to repair this file by starting Windows Setup using the original Setup CD-ROM.
Select 'r' at the first screen to start repair

So i put the Windows CD in, changes boot sequence and rebooted the pc. It didnt recognise the CD and just went back to that screen, so i paniced. I ran out of ideas of what to do. So i thought about making a MS-DOS startup disk. Put the floppy in and it recognized it. So now im in MS-DOS and i dont know what to do from there!

Can someone please help me pretty please. The wedding's this saturday and if i dont have the laptop ready the best man speech will be pretty much empty.

Please please.
