Problem system crashing, please help - urgent

OK on the pc of a friend of mine I think there is a virus and we skanned with kashpersky, nothing, after that adaware, clean some things after that spybot and reboot.

The result was that the system started crashing with a message - something about isass.exe and after it is started the message stays there and after 1 minute the system reboots.

I tried to scan again wit antivirus and it found something again with isass but the system rebooted again!

If somebody has ideas how to clean this please help!!!
Or atleast how to cancel the poweroff process!!!!!
I know that there is a way cause a friend of mine had the same some time ago but I forgot how to do it?

Thank you in advance - I realy have to fix this cause now the PC is unusable and fi friend has to work!

Try installing all MS Blaster Patches (MS03-026, MS03-039):
