How To Remove 2nd Recycle Bin
I found a 2nd Recycle Bin on my other HD last night..
I turn Space down to -0-..so it is off.. But how do I remove this 2nd Bin... I clicked on Properties on the Desktop Bin & it is there..1 on C and 1 on F.. Windows Powertoys dosen't seem to have an Option for this. Also I used to have Windows on the HD at one time..but Formatted the Drive twice, before I made it a spare.

Nothing...I just noticed I had a Hidden Folder on the other HD where I only have 3 folders..so thats how I found it.
I think maybe a Windows Update did it... Windows works fine..not going to re-format over this..as Windows isn't on that HD....

maybe there's some registry setting for it?
If you search Google for it, you find all kinds of interesting hits.

I think your worrying over nothing, windows installs a 'RECYCLER' folder on all drives it has access to, in fact before service pack one it even put a recycle bin on floppys using up a lot of the 1.44mb you get.

I'm not worried about it..It is basically off..
I just don't know why it all of a sudden appeared... it is off, so it's not doing any harm..I just thought if I could, I would remove it.
