Windows Update Error Message?

I get this [Error number: 0x80072EE2] after 30/40 seconds of looking, every time I try to update ZP Home with SP2 installed. It hasn't been updated since 1-26-05.

Anyone have an answer for this. I have even reloaded XP but still get the error message.
