this file is 3Com Modem drivers
located in system32 folder.

did you reinstall your modem after you did a freash install of XP? you can look in your control panel and see if there are any yellow ! in it if so you need to re-install the drivers for your modem.

Found this info for you, think it has to do with your modem.

The exe that is causing the problem is in :

Windows\System32

The following list of executables resides in the Windows\System32 folder:

USRPRBDA.EXE (U.S. Robotics Enable/Disable Probe). U.S. Robotics device support utility.

If you are using this type of modem : USR/3Com Modem, you probaly have a problem with the drivers not beeing installed correctly.
Or it could be you installed SP2, and that could be causing a 'compability' problem.

Hope this will help a bit, or maybe someone else can help you or find some more info.
