See these:

Ok so how would I go about setting up a RADIUS authentication server for WPA? Would I need to have Windows Server 2003 or can I setup one of my WinXP machines to be a RADIUS server? I have one of my machines running as a server on my network but its running Windows XP Pro. I was gonna run this as the RADIUS server for my LAN, but it seems I can only find tutorials to get it setup in WinServer 2003. :S Help please.

Use WPA-PSK (Preshared Key) instead. RADIUS servers are meant for the highest levels of security available, maybe big corporations need it, but for the rest PSK is enough
