Wireless Network XP to XP

Hi

I have two machines (1 pc, 1 laptop). They both have wireless network cards. They both share my DSL internet connection via a belkin router. The PC can ping the laptop but cannot connect to the laptop. The laptop times out when I try to ping the PC

I have created users with the same user/passswords on each computer.

Can somebody help URGENTLY

It woz xp internal firewall!
