how do i do this with XP ICS? i want a computer with only an internal IP to host a server.

That would be done thru the ICF (Internet Connection Firewall) On ur Properties menu of the internet connection tick the box next to ICF then the button at the bottom "Settings..." should be clickable on there u will find you can add services (which means open ports etc

I had this workin for a while with 1 internet sever but i found it to be very slow best solution is to either install a server OS or invest in a router.
