Sorry Lindsay - Keri Russell has won the coveted role as the young female agent-in-training alongside Tom Cruise in MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE 3. In the previous Joe Carnahan incarnation of the film, the role was to be played by Scarlett Johansson and recently Lindsay Lohan was telling just about anyone who would listen she was up for the role. But rumors continued to persist that director JJ Abrams was looking at his former "Felicity" star for a role in the film.
