In the fifth Potter installment, HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF PHOENIX, Harry P is making the tough transition from teenager to adult complete with angst, rebellion, confusion, hair growth in funny places and feeling some magic in his cloak whenever members of the opposite sex walk by. Given this context, it could be why the producers have decided to offer uber-hottie Elizabeth Hurley a part in PHOENIX. According to Garth over at "Dark Horizons", Hurley was offered a part that was described only as an "evil witch".
