Help..."Rundll error"!
I had a adware planted in my computer by a certain webpage. My norton AV detected and deleted it for me. However after the deletion, i receive a this message -- "Rundll: Error loading Downloaded Programe Files/bridge.dll" everytime i boot into Win Xp. Bridge.dll is the file that Norton detect as adware and thus removed.
Will anyone please tell me how can i get a clean removal of this nuisance (adware)? Please tell me how i can root it up once and for all. I had tried looking for it under the registry and doing a search but i still cannot the whereabout this irritating programme is hiding itself. Thank you. =)

Somehow, the spyware stuck a command in windows that causes windows to try to run the program/load it each time windows starts.
The easiest way to get rid of it is to get rid of that particular startup command line. I am at work and dont have access to my info base, so I will have to look for something that will help you out after I get home. I use a little program to control what proggies windows loads at startup. I will try to post it / or the info for you. If I get sidetracked, just pm me and remind me. to get you the info. Deleting that startup line from the registry will solve your problem. NOTE: there are SEVERAL different "startup" areas that control what programs will run at bootup, and they all work independently.

Have you checked your "msconfig" yet? By going to your Start button.. choosing Run.. an then typing "msconfig" in that field? There is a startup tab on there that lists everthing windows starts on boot.. and you might be able to find it in there. If you have already checked that.. have you tried running Spybot Search and Destroy? It may actually find the registry entry if there is one and remove it for you.
Just a couple more thoughts..

Or some other registry cleaner program? It might help. Can't really recommend any single one here, hopefully others can.

OK, sorry it took so long to get back.
Here is EXACTLY what you need. I would suggest that EVERYONE get this really nice/FREE proggy. It is placed in you Control Panel and allows you Quick/Easy/full control over Everything that starts with windows. You can EVEN Delete unwanted crap (as in this case) There are 2 programs. STARTUP Control is the one you want. STARTUP Monitor will prevent this from happening in the future. You can get both FREE at the following Link: http://www.mlin.net/ Let me know how you like it.
