How do u disable print and file sharing
only stand alone pc

Start | Settings | Dail-up and Network Connections | LAN-connection ->
Properties -> find tab with protocols -> uncheck windows file and printersharing

Introducing....red arrows.

I would recommend turning off both items pictured below on your Internet connection. To get to this dialog, go into Control Panel, Network Connections, and right click on your internet connection, and select properties.

If the PC has never been networked it shouldnt have file sharing etc enabled i wouldnt have thought. But otherwise follow the red arrows! they look right to me!

I basically took info from symantec security test for granted it reported i have file/ print sharing enabled when i cant see it anyway
