TaskManager problem

I've got a problem with my taskmanager,yesterday i had problems closing an internetsite,it kept coming back.I opened taskmanager and tried to close it down that way,didn't work,i clicked several times on end task and that finaly worked.
Since then my taskmanager looks like this,no more tabs,just this single screen.How can i solve this ??
I can't close it either,no button for that,rightclick in the taskbar doesn't work.

double click on the outer frame of the window, that will bring the regular title bar back...

that happened to me too
