Memry usage!

I need some help here!

I have windows XP pro and my main drive is 60 gig and today all of a sudden it says i only have 4.66 gig left this is very strange since the only thing i use this drive for is the system i have two other drives for everything else.

I have been using Nero a lot the last couple of days and i am wondering if this what used up so much space. I have been backing up all of my DVDs but i have the box checked to delete image after project competes but when i scanned the system it showed several files numbered like this 0000000359.nrg in this location

/RECYLCER/.....

any ideas?

something used up over 50 gig of my hard drive space.

delete image after project competes - I think this doesn't delete the image entirely, just sends it to the Recycle Bin as your experience shows. Did you empty it? If you did, could it be that you have Norton .. something installed and it keeps deleted files as protected until you say.. Purge (or whatever this option was)

i do have norton and if it protects these files that could be why let me see!

that did the trick it release 48 gig of memory thanks TB!
