reinstalls can be scary
after a recient reinstall i was cleaning up my hard drive and went to empty the recycle bin......

I had a weird recycle bin image like that not all that long ago on an HP. I ignored it and about a week later, I couldn't get past blue screens even in safe mode. But, every time before that, when i opened I saw files flying out of my sysconfig to the recycle bin on a small window. I just X'd it out and thought nothing of it.
Final Diagnosis: C disk unusable and corrupt. I never do back-ups either. Ick!!
