Cirga is real greedy with them blasted parrots of his. DC should never have brought it to your attention as the chances of Cirga parting with a can is slim to none. But now that you know about them he will lord them over you like a carrot on a string. Best to forget you ever heard about them and watch out for that Cirga fella in general.

Unless of course you have aspirations of becoming a Mall Santa...................
