Avatars - Please Read.

We have changed the custom avatars option. You can still use a custom avatar but not till ya got at least 25 posts. Decided to make it kinda like a reward and something to work towards, so if ya can't make 25 posts to be able to use your own avatar you are slacking :p

And totally useless (or flagrant spam) posts do not count!!

If you are going to take the time to post you might as well try to help someone out with a problem;

Lets voluntarily do the "someone helped me out, so now I will help someone else out" posting. That really the way to build a great community and to get help and learn along the way.
