This is just my opinion but i base it on using both sites and i have found that DSL reports is a much better broadband tweaking site. The people in the forums are extremly helpfull with allmost any question about anything ....not just tweaking your connection. The folks in the tweaking forum will walk you through step for step if you have any problems.

One other thing..Neither site has a very good speedtest but i found this one and it has allways been very acurate ... atleast with my connection it has.
