Speak for yourself.

My box with ubuntu uses xfs.

Specifically, it doesn't use ntfs, but it can use fat, xfs, jfs, reiserf, ext2, ext3, and I'm sure a couple I can't remember.

ok i now have ubuntu installed i wish to know how to install software in plane english please as i am new to linux
