Can you recommend some Linux forums...

So, I have learned boatloads about computers and computing just by milling about the halls of pctechalk. I am finally ready to migrate from XP to Linux on one of my computers and was looking for some quality Linux forums for a newcomer to kick around in. I value the atmosphere here @ pctechtalk so I would be looking for a place with a similar feel. Any suggestions or other valuable Linux websites would be much appreciated. I value the opinions around here.

once you've gotten it installed, i would reccommend the "man" command and always read the docs that come with software youve gotten. if you have a problem with a specific distro/software, dont hesitate to ask in there forums. dont foget to search through the forums for similar problems.
also irc.freenode.net is a great place to ask questions(irc). the bigger the channels are tho, the busier they are.

read the docs = the README file, you can read a file using `less <filename>`
