DIY Core2Quad questions...

Hey!

I just built myself a new computer and I have some questions... first the specs:

-Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
-Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
-2 gigs Crucial Ballistix DDR2 8500
-EVGA E-Geforce 7300 GT 512 MB PCI-E
-7200 SATA2 250 gb hd
-Antec Sonata III
-Standard cooling units

So a few questions...
1. What should a good idle temp be? I see people talking about their CPU's running around 29* celcius, mine stays between 40* and 50* . Also, each core reports a different temperature!?!?

2. When I first put everything together, Elderscrolls Oblivion ran amazing. Now it seems really choppy and I haven't really done anything.

3. I was trying to monitor how the system is running with RightMark CPU clock utility and Im just wondering if these results look normal... see attached.

Thanks for all your help! My computer runs really well, I just want to make sure everything is working at 100%
