ahhhhhhhhh its still shutting down when i try to convert a film with dvd santa or nero7 i sat and watched the temp sensor 3 rise from 65-81 in 10mins
then it shutoff now im thinking the fan is the BIG ISSUE after all lol because fan 1 gets to 4875rpm and does not go any faster so what do you think now
is there a way to adjust the fans speed setting??????or is my fan pooped

You need to put a different heatsink/cooler on there or you could just replace the fan but I would go for a better cooler with fan. Make sure you get some good thermal paste like artic silver. Your idle temp should be closer to 36 celcius give or take a few degrees.

thought it was a mechanical fault
