Anyone know how to unlock the multiplier on...?

Anyone know if there is a way to unlock the multiplier on a Celeron. I really wanna try and get this chip past 1200MHz. Right now it is overclocked from 900 to 1200, and runs like a pro. It's temp. is about 100 or so F. So I think I have room to overclock the heck out of it some more, and i'm using the stock heatsink!!!
