Jpeg/word????? Ahhhh

Hello Hello could someone please help me with my frustration of trying to change a jpeg format to a word doc format there must be some software out there if not i may have been the first to find something that a PC cant do yet lol

p.s i have tryed (OMNIFORMAT) and it does not succeed it may change it to other formats ok but TXT a no go

wha? you want to change a jpeg into word format?

from image to text? is that correct? you cant actually do that.

You can insert the jpeg INTO a word document but thats about the extent of it.
