I have one 80 GB 7200 rpm Seagate Barracuda. I do VHS to DVD so I need a lots of GB and a fast drive . As soon as Serial ATA (true SATA) hdd are more affordable I may add another drive.

Hey guys, you are not saving the energy....I prefer 1X120G than 2X60G or 4X30G. The formula is: 1PC-1HDD.......Save the energy you know "Amazonia burns - can you hear them...." :-)

i have well over 100 gig of media, i wouldnt like risking it on the same harddrive as windows even with a partion, and why get shot of a perfectly good 60 gig when most motherboards are equipt to handle four drives? ( i say most because one of mine handles 8 drives at a time without any addon's).

i say 2 x 60 gig is better than 1 x 120 gig, that way if something fails you only loose half your data, not all of it.

I think I have about 120 gigs, but not all that sure.... hehe Adding the partitions up isn't on my list of things to do today either.

I have two WD 80 GB drives in a raid 1 config. A little slower on writes, but no worries about backups!
